Outbound listserver messages now have the SMTP reverse-path (translated to Return-Path header) set to the list server's address (so bounces will go there instead of to the author of the original message). The outbound messages now have an agent-type of "PROCESS" which will be used to allow this script to process bounce messages in the near future (and remove invalid e-mail addresses from the subscription list).

more "Config" section and list sections do not require "List:" in the section names. The ListServer can be disabled by setting "disabled=true" in the "root" section. Now relying on ctrl/mailproc.ini to only execute listserver.js for e-mails addressed to the list server (or any of the lists).

Created get_user_list() utility function. Fixed bug in write_user_list() - wasn't rewinding the file position when truncating the file. Added more details to the subscription/user list. Only allow subscribers to contribute messages.
