when the destination node was configured for "Direct". Apparently others have
been working around this issue with a "Route to" configuration directive to
route a node's netmail to itself. This work-around should no longer be
necessary, but anyone that was depending on the old behavior (routing mail
for nodes configured as "Direct") will need to adjust their configuration.

This will likely run on 3.15b without a need to update further.
(Or I'll assume so until I hear otherwise.)
