Cleaned up some methods.

Added comment/ptsc header.

Fixed uninitialized buffer save (for unused sub[].echo_path section) in msgs.cnf. Was causing problems with SCFG/SCFG32.

node_path[] array is no longer "prepped" in save_cfg().

Node configuration from "first node" is used.
StatsTimer interval is now obtained from Node's statistics interval (was hard-coded to 5 seconds).

external() will now terminate the child DOS process if the mutex cannot be acquired or the IOControl call fails.

Fixed bounds problem (page fault) when importing or exporting and no nodes are defined (cfg.nodes==0)

Added support for naughty FOSSIL programs (e.g. IceEdit and OOII) that call the int14h ISR directly rather than issue an interrupt.

Forward-to-netmail question is no longer asked if that feature has been disabled by the sysop in SCFG.
