Apparently, I can't just #include <Winbase.h> for LoadLibrary()

Previously resulted in keeping a pointer across a free() and (hopefully)
a new malloc().  Obviously broken.

Removed unnecessary reassignment of header field array element.

at startup using SDL mode.
