stupid macro tricks when using a shared object.

Temporarily disable scaling since the "interface" that was being used is complete
and utter crap.

Add a teensy little keys.h since I don't want to do a large commit to remove all usage at this time.

As with mouse.h, this shouldn't be a separate header.

It doesn't make any sense by itself.

(This is an option that could go away!)

Don't create options until there's a use for them.

and uintmax_t... them suckers will be big enough you betcha.

an unsigned long can hold any pointer (Should fix builds with old Borland
compilers - ie: sbbsctrl)

installs the headers into the include/xpdev directory.

This will make for a more unixy install someday maybe perhaps.
