Document SyncTERM

It would be very helpful to document (e.g. in Manual.txt) where SyncTERM expects to find the system and user syncterm.lst files (and document how they work together).

On Windows, the system list is stored in users\All Users\SyncTERM\syncterm.lst whereas the user list is stored in users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\SyncTERM\syncterm.lst.

On *nix, the system list is stored in /usr/local/etc/syncterm.lst and the user list is stored in ~/.syncterm/syncterm.lst.

Something like that would be very helpful.
