CTRL-Z when replying to E-Mail

When sending a new E-mail via FSEditor, after pressing CTRL-Z the user is presented with a message such as:

Save 8 characters (2 lines).

E-mail sent to Keyop #1 (closed)

[Hit a key]

However, when replying to an E-mail via FSEditor, there is no such message. The editor quits silently and the user is taken to the next message to read - unsure if the previous edit was sent or not. (The message is actually sent).

Suggestion - present the similar confirmation message when a user does a CTRL-Z in a reply.
