Error when forwarding an attachment from local email to internet mail

Scenario:

• Send local email to self with attachment (attachment is uploaded from client).
• Read email to self, and forward to internet address.
• Error returned: !ERROR opening The sysop has been notified.

Problem replicated on vert within last 5 mins.
