User taglines

Feature suggestion by "Prahzin": it would be cool if everyone had some kind of tagline associated with their profile/account that everyone could see if they wanted.. perhaps kind of like an advertisement if people desired or something less, whatever they decided. .. and easy to lookup the profile from say a message or file.
