Maximus BBS for DOS doesn't work with Synchronet FOSSIL driver (under SVDM)

maximus 3.01 is the latest for DOS. The nearest I can guess is that during the login process there is a glitch in the keyboard polling routine that cycles over and over... You get a login prompt folowed by another and another, so fast you can't do anything and keypresses seem to get eaten.

Local logins work fine with it... but what good is a BBS that won't accept remote logins?
