DDMsgReader - Error when replying to emails

If a user sends an email from the DDMatrix, there appears to be an issue setting the username.

If you reply you get

!JavaScript DDMsgReader.js line 18648: Error: Invalid user field: 0

It would be nice to be asked which email address to use for a reply if the email is send from "All".
