Collapse artifacts into a single directory for ci-cd output.

It might be worth putting all the binary/so library files into a single directory for the build outputs.

This would obscure the build type (debug vs. release) and target (platform / arch).

you might be able to after_script to manipulate the artifact...deleting files, moving files, etc.
