dpoker - XTRN.DAT not found

If on Linux and you don't configure the external program to use uppercase filenames, you'll get a runtime error that XTRN.DAT couldn't be found. Instructions should be updated to say Linux users must select uppercase or have dpoker look for both upper and lower case filenames.
