DDMsgReader - long header lines corrupt bottom menu line

If you have a long header line (viewed with the H option) it corrupts the bottom line with the options. Pressing Q to return to the message still leaves it corrupt.

You should be able to recreate with an incoming smtp messages that'll have long headers.
