Consider terminal server global logon requirements setting (e.g. to prevent Guest logins)

Rather than requiring the sysop to set x nodes logon requirements manually, another global setting (just for the terminal server) would work here.

Should other servers (e.g. FTP, Mail, HTTP) also have their own configurable login/logon requirements?
