JSexec doesn't connect to MQTT broker

Some JS stuff (e.g. system.node_list, User.downloaded_file()) automatically publishes to MQTT topics, but if JSexec is used, this doesn't happen.

Consider a command-line option and/or jsexec.ini setting that causes it to create an MQTT connection to the configured broker.
