Add @REM:whatever@ at-code

Basically, like a REM statement in basic. Does absolutely nothing.

This is useful for adding notes for users who may be looking at your .asc .msg or whatever file. A comment.

You can't put spaces in @-codes. Would a comment without spaces be really helpful?

There's a good reason spaces aren't allowed in @-codes.
