Revert uedit back to only marking "Yes" for toggle options in relevant user lists

uedit was changed some time ago to use N or Y in the D and I columns of Find User and List All User Records menu items.

The previous version would show a Y or blank which is much easier to see.

For example:

" Y Y Y "

Is much easier to read than:

"NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNYNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNYNYNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN"

I hope this makes sense.

Could we revert back to the previous method?
