Fixed weird character issue from last commit

Eric Oulashin requested to merge slyedit_badchars_fix into master

(hopefully) fixed a weird issue from the last commit that was causing the main SlyEdit screen to look bad, which may have been due to using a different text editor that changed some characters, possibly due to character encoding
