Good Time Trivia v1.02: For updating hosted scores on a remote BBS, in case the remote BBS JSON server can't be reached, the game can now post scores in a (networked) message sub-board to be read by the host BBS. Also, added more questions to the "General" set, and moved a couple in the General set to the "Music, movies, and entertainment" question set.
