DDMsgReader: Makes use of console.aborted for proper screen updates after the user quits @ help screen pause. Shows sub-board status during a new message scan.

DDMsgReader v1.68: Makes use of console.aborted when displaying help screens so that screen updates work better after pausing output (not sure if there's a better way to do this, but this seems to work). Also, when running a new message scan (not new-to-you), the current sub-board being scanned is now outputted.
