Made a fix for the refactored theme config reading code in much of the Digital Distortion tools

Made a fix for the refactored theme config reading code in much of the Digital Distortion tools: Checking the attribute properties (some are a background attribute which is just a number, so they're being read as a number instead of a string). Also, refactored the way SlyEdit reads its theme configuration files similarly.
