DD Message Reader: Including all message headers when saving a message (sysop only) is now optional. Includes the new configuration setting, saveAllHdrsWhenSavingMsgToBBSPC, which specifies whether to include all message headers when saving a message. The value can be true, false, or ask (to prompt every time).
