DDMsgReader: New user option to toggle the message 'replied' character in the email list. Fix for setting help line colors so that the background won't get un-done. New: User option to toggle whether to display the email 'replied' indicator (defaults to true). Fix for setting colors for the key help lines so that the background won't get un-done if the other help line colors have a N (normal) attribute.
