DDMsgReader: New reader-mode operator menu (using the Ctrl-O hotkey), with a (new) option to add the author's name to the twit list Fix: When refreshing a rectangular area of a message, if it's a poll message, the background color for the voted responses was used for the non-selected responses. Removed the setting useScrollingInterfaceForANSIMessages, since it's no longer used.
