Send/View ANSI art in chat, add MOTD support, Refine web visual layout, bug fixes

This is a big improvement on the last version and it's recommended you upgrade. Without this latest version, images sent to chat will look like garbage data. MOTD support allows communicating server commands to users without relying on bots.

To upgrade you can replace your avatar-chat.js file, and replace the old webv4 files you had with new ones from avatar_chat/web
