      v2.30b was the last official non-beta release which included an (MS-DOS)
installer.
I just extracted the LZH archives from SBBS230B.ZIP into the appropriate
sub-directories and moved a couple of the documents from the root of the
distribution archive to the DOCS sub-directory.
