increase socket recv buffer to accomodate (slightly) larger files. use base64 encoding/decoding to transfer files (why it works now and didnt before, i still dont know).

TODO: fix scrollbar (or convince <name> to fix scrollbar)

Graphic.putmsg() will no longer scroll an extra line when wrapping a run-on "word", nor will it scroll to an empty line at the end of a string.

set node_action at shell startup/enter chat/exit chat. post intercepted node messages & telegrams to chat room (or notify that messages are waiting). part all chat channels when logging off.
