Added code so that User greeting would work at all times.  (User #0 is treated as Guest on all pages including index.ssjs)  No "last visited" displayed for Guest logons on any pages.

Got rid of Select All / Unselect All buttons in favour of single checkbox that replaces the "X" in the Table header for selection column.  Looks cleaner.

Check for user posting rights and a little template.can_post dohoocky similar to template.can_delete thinger.

Removed "Group" Stuff when in E-Mail area.  Switched to a button for Creating New messages.  (Button reflects "Create New Message" or "Create New E-Mail" depending where user is.)  Checks for posting access and before displaying button or making "Reply" link active.

When answering 'No' to the "Use an external text editor?" question, it would
not force the editor to the internal line editor.
When selecting an external editor, if hitting 'Q' from the selection dialog,
the current editor would be changed anyway.
These had nothing to do with the web/html/newuser.ssjs problem. :-)

No more temp files in data or data/temp.
ctrl_dir/../temp (e.g. sbbs/temp) is the new default temp dir.
Each server has its own separately configurable temp dir.
BBS events (e.g. QWK packet processing) now have their own exclusive-use
temp dir (e.g. sbbs/temp/event).
All server threads will attempt to create and verify the validity of their temp dir.
System temp dir is only the default global temp dir for Unix (i.e. /tmp), since
the Windows default temp dir (e.g. C:\DOCUME~1\Rob\LOCALS~1\Temp) is not
particularly friendly or attractive.

Use sbbs/temp/event# for default event thread temp dir.

(long filenames, as used in Win32 temp dirs, cause problems with 16-bit
pkunzip - for FILE_ID.DIZ). If no FTP temp dir is specified, data/temp is used
(in ftpsrvr.c).
