Uploads in E-mail is set to "No". This option has been in SCFG for 10(+?) years
and was never used. :-)

it was possible to have the same message sent out from both instances since
the non-cached copy of the message header was not being checked for the
"deleted" attribute. This usually only happened when several outbound messages

* Re-assert the "RX data" interrupt after the rx data register is read and
  there is remaining data.
This also allows us to only signal the interrupt event for *enabled*
interrupts (which certainly seems logical).
