Added back a few functions that were accidentally removed (which weren't moved to attr_conv.js)

ddfilelister version 2.05a: Fix for "fileDesc is not defined" error when displaying the file
description on the main screen.  Also made a small refactor to the main screen refresh function.

ddfilelister version 2.05 - Now makes use of the user's extended file description setting: If
the user's extended file description setting is enabled, the lister will now show extended file
descriptions on the main screen in a split format, with the lightbar file list on the left and
the extended file description for the highlighted file on the right.
Also, made the file info window taller for terminals within 25 lines high.
This should resolve issue #363 .
This update to ddfilelister also requires the included update to dd_lightbar_menu.js and the
new attr_conv.js.

Version 2.04 - Bug fix: Now successfully formats filenames without extensions when listing files.
This addresses issue #369.

Fix: When changing to an empty sub-board from within the reader (either from
read mode or list mode), it now properly says there are no messages and exits,
rather than showing a list of bogus messages.
Unsure when this bug was introduced.
The version is now 1.46.

DD file lister: For terminals over 25 rows tall, the file info window will now be up to 45 rows tall.

Changed "Installing into a command shell" to say section 3
("Installation & Setup") instead.  This resolves issue #353

Fix for no group information available when displaying the sub-board header above the message list when listing personal email

Version 1.44:
Removed the scanScopePromptText text line and used the SubGroupOrAll line (621) from text.dat instead.  Also, the reader now supports @-code expansion in configured text strings.  This addresses issue #316 from Vincent Macaluso.
Text search now can search sub-board, group, or all like the other text searching (requested by Nelgin).
When reading the theme file, color settings are now checked to ensure they only have Synchronet attribute codes.

If absent, default string 'Bulletins' will be used.

I think this means one of your nodeon.* files are corrupt and just deleting
that file would likely cure the situation as well.

Also, the first attempt at converting HTML entities in HTML-formatted messages (not working 100%).
Also, added the ability to sort the message list by date & time written rather than the import date/time.
This is specified in the configuration file via the msgListSort option.

This is fine.

moved postit.js to its rightful home in the xtrn folder. anyone using this script likely already has it there anyway. if not, data files should be moved for anyone updating their local script. no file changes have been made.

a sub-board that has polls disabled.  This fixes an issue where SlyVote was showing all
available message groups but some could be empty due to having no sub-boards that allow polls.
