If a maxMessages limit has been defined, only report up to this number of messages per sub in the list.

Added maxMessages key.  0 means no limit, otherwise only up to this many messages will be loaded per sub. (Good for slower (eg. Raspberry Pi) systems.)

Dynamically configure websocket service port, don't attempt htmlterm embed if no such service enabled.

Use FlashPolicy section of services.ini if available, don't attempt to embed if no socket policy server enabled.

Display a message to people (eg. folks running Haiku and using some weird browser) who don't have Flash Player installed.
