Hide remote address when connecting with telgate.js

Nigel Reed requested to merge hide_remote_connection_with_telgate into master

Requested by Keyop. This hides the remote system from the users, which seems like a good idea anyway. This will still leak the remote for bbs.telnet_gate errors such as "Failed to resolve address".
