Hide remote address when connecting with telgate.js

Requested by Keyop. This hides the remote system from the users, which seems like a good idea anyway. This will still leak the remote for bbs.telnet_gate errors such as "Failed to resolve address".

I should say, added -c to hide remote connection details.

I'll do something more consistent between rlogin.js and telgate.js
